This role ensures structured, predictable delivery across Product & Tech by owning orchestration of QAP (Quarterly Agile Planning), delivery governance, and cross-team execution. It drives alignment between Product, Engineering, and stakeholders, ensuring priorities are translated into execution with clear ownership, transparency, and follow-up.

Key responsibilities:
• Own and orchestrate QAP cycles (preparation, validation, prioritisation, follow-up)
• Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, and business on priorities and delivery commitments
• Drive delivery governance, including tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
• Ensure clear visibility of delivery status across teams (dashboards, reporting, cadence)
• Facilitate cross-team coordination to remove blockers and ensure flow
• Support structured decision-making in prioritisation and planning forums

• Collaborate with Architects to ensure architectural alignment, feasibility, and dependency clarity within delivery plans
• Drive continuous improvement of planning and delivery processes

• 4–8+ years experience in delivery management, program management, or product operations
• Proven experience managing cross-team delivery and planning processes
• Strong understanding of Agile and product delivery environments
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and planning/reporting frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Ability to structure ambiguity and drive alignment across teams
• Experience in SaaS, telecom, or platform organisations is a plus

• Experience working with Architects and managing architecture-driven dependencies is a strong advantage

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Certifications in Agile, delivery management, or project management are a plus

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Additional European languages (e.g. Dutch, French, Swedish) are a plus
