The Full Stack Developer (Smartflow) is responsible for designing, building, and operating end-to-end features and services across Smartflow applications, with a focus on:

-Conversational AI use cases

-Real-time communication and event-driven systems

-CRM and business system integrations

The role ensures delivery of scalable, reliable, and production-ready software, contributing directly to Smartflow’s evolution as a leading AI-enabled communications platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features

• Frontend (UI / UX for Smartflow applications)

• Backend services and APIs

• Work across integrations between systems, and data flows and real-time processing

• Own features from design → implementation → deployment → support

• Build and maintain robust APIs and integration layers

• Connect Smartflow with CRM systems, telephony / AI services, and external partner systems

• Ensure clean interface design and long-term maintainability

• Ensure code quality, testability, and performance

• Contribute to observability (logging, monitoring), stability and production readiness

• Support incident resolution and continuous improvement

We are looking for:

• Strong experience in TypeScript, frontend frameworks (React / Vue.js), and backend development (Node.js or similar)

• Solid understanding of databases and SQL, and of API design and development Additional / Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or similar), modern DevOps practices, and C# or similar backend languages

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, real-time systems, and AI/ML-based services (usage, not research) Working Style & Competencies
