What You will Do:
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure availability and performance.
Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Support and improve deployment and release processes.
Document runbooks, incidents, and operational procedures.
Automate deployments, pipelines, and operational tasks.
Identify and resolve issues impacting software delivery.
Apply security best practices and support compliance/audits.
Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
Deploy updates and improve monitoring/alerting capabilities.
Communicate system status, outages, and maintenance clearly.
We are looking for candidates with:
5 years in operations, SRE, or system administration.
Linux administration fundamentals knowledge
Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
Scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
CI/CD and automation tooling (e.g. GitLab pipelines, Ansible) experience.
Database configuration and management (e.g. PostgreSQL).
Strong troubleshooting across systems and applications.
An interest in AI tooling and open-source integrations.
