As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our Group Finance capabilities to ensure robust reporting, transparency, and compliance across all entities.

The role

As a Consolidation & IFRS Expert, you play a pivotal role within Dstny’s Group Finance organization. You ensure high‑quality reporting, act as a trusted advisor on consolidation and reporting topics, and contribute to developing strong and scalable finance processes across the Group.
You take ownership of key consolidation and reporting processes and actively support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Review monthly reporting packages submitted by local accounting teams, challenging inputs where needed

  • Support the preparation and review of annual IFRS financial statements

  • Prepare and contribute to monthly Group reporting in line with BEGAAP

  • Participate in interim and year‑end audit processes

  • Identify opportunities to optimize, automate, and standardize reporting processes

  • Work closely with Accounting, Controlling, and Reporting teams

  • Contribute to improving financial policies and consolidation methodology

Stakeholders & Collaboration

  • You will collaborate with:

  • Group Finance teams

  • Local finance teams across the Dstny Group

  • External auditors and advisors

  • Technology and ERP process owners

Scope & Impact

  • Group‑wide influence on IFRS compliance and reporting quality

  • Contribution to scalable finance processes supporting international growth

  • Active role in finance automation and efficiency initiatives

  • Accountability for the correctness of consolidated figures

  • Strengthening financial governance across the Group

Tools & Ways of Working

  • ERP systems and reporting platforms

  • Strong Excel skills, including complex financial modelling

  • Experience with Cognos, ERP integrations or GLC is considered an asset

What we're looking for in you...

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consolidation, IFRS, audit, or accounting & reporting

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Basic IFRS knowledge

  • Constructive, persistent challenger committed to accuracy and compliance

  • Ability to structure and interpret large datasets

  • Curious, eager to learn, and confident in challenging counterparts when needed

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French, and English

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑changing environment
