Become our procurement ambassador!
Dstny is looking for an Indirect Buyer who thrives on sourcing, negotiating, and closing smart deals. You’ll manage categories like IT, marketing, HR, and facilities, driving cost optimization and supplier performance while ensuring compliance with our procurement policy.
Your role:
Manage indirect purchasing and our 7Step procurement process.
Support business units and build strong supplier relationships.
Negotiate framework agreements and deliver savings.
Analyze spend and identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
Optimize supplier portfolio and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance and data integrity in procurement tools.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, ICT, and HR.
Advise stakeholders and guide them through intake and validation.
Provide input for budget planning and cash forecasting.
Report KPIs like savings, compliance, and supplier performance.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and policies.
Skills & Competencies:
Supplier relationship management with performance tracking.
Stakeholder engagement and advisory mindset.
Process discipline and data integrity in procurement systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
KPIs & Success Measures:
Verified savings and cost avoidance by category.
Compliance to procurement policy/process.
Supplier performance & risk (SLAs, OTIF).
Stakeholder satisfaction and cycle time.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in indirect procurement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Hands-on, results-driven, and ready for an international environment.
