About the role...
As Porting Administrator at Dstny you will be responsible for managing the fixed and mobile number porting processes for both internal colleagues, direct customers and wholesale partners, nationally and internationally.
This involves preparing and submitting FNP (Fixed Number Portability) files, coordinating with internal teams and external providers, and resolving porting issues quickly and efficiently.
With a focus on accuracy, customer experience, and regulatory compliance, you will ensure seamless number transitions and effective communication across all stakeholders.
You are seen as the expert within our Delivery team with regards to mobile and fixed portings.
What we are looking for...
You have a Professional Bachelor or equivalent work experience
Experience in the telecom sector is a big plus
You are – preferably - bilingual (NL/FR) – knowledge of English is also required
You have a customer and partner-oriented mindset
You work in an accurate and structured manner
You work efficiently and are solution-oriented
You can keep an overview of multiple, simultaneous projects
You are flexible and set priorities easily
You’re organized, structured, and work independently like a pro
In addition to proficiency with various Office tools and internal systems, we also expect strong Excel skills
